Recently, David was alerted to suspicious controlled substance refill attempts using a colleague’s details. Fortunately, the pharmacist noticed the provider’s phone number didn’t match previous records and the attempts were blocked.
Ling later experienced a similar situation, and thanks to David’s advice, was able to quickly act and involve her legal and compliance teams.
