During our time together, we’ll discuss the plans and challenges around:

  • Informatics Governance Structures – Maturity Framework: Structuring governance, designing for scalability and operationalizing new care model strategies with governance, training and workflows
  • Informatics’ Role in Today’s Health System: Understanding changing expectations around CMIO/CNIO roles; addressing the use of predictive models, data quality, equity issues, etc., in those roles; and incorporating technology innovations
  • Informatics Structures: Developing and utilizing new structures, automation and genomics applications; and dovetailing new care venues, virtual care and clinical services into existing informatics structures
  • Roadmap – What’s Next: Studying the tools, processes and structures for future use; dissecting lessons learned and promoting leading practices

This event is eligible for ACHE Qualified Education Hours toward initial certification or recertification of the Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) designation. Learn more ››[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row wpf_visibility=”loggedin” el_class=”newlayout”][vc_column][vc_text_separator title=”Materials/Publications” el_width=”50″ css=”.vc_custom_1690922669679{margin-top: 55px !important;}” el_class=”agenda-separators”][vc_column_text css=””]
