Tracy Braman is the Senior Director, Integrations and Operational Excellence at Spectrum Health. She has responsibility for HR strategic projects, HR operating model effectiveness, contingent workers, and the Integration Management Office (IMO).

In addition, Tracy was the change management lead and a member of the Enterprise Resource Planning leadership team that implemented a full platform Workday solution including human capital, finance, and supply chain management as well as an employee portal in ServiceNow, a warehouse management system, an electronic procurement solution and a new HR operating model.
