Tania Bethea is the Senior Director of ERP/Enterprise Business Systems at Spectrum Health. Her teams support enterprise business and collaboration systems for human resources, finance, supply chain, corporate communications, legal, risk and compliance departments. In addition, Tania is the program director of Spectrum Health’s Enterprise Resource Planning program that implemented a full platform Workday solution including human capital, finance, and supply chain management as well as an employee portal in ServiceNow, a warehouse management system and an electronic procurement solution.

Ms. Bethea holds a B.A. in Finance from Grand Valley State University and an MBA from Grand Valley State University in 2020.
