Susan Milford is the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications for OSF HealthCare; an integrated catholic health system owned and operated by The Sisters of the Third Order of St. Francis, headquartered in Peoria, Illinois. OSF HealthCare employs nearly 21,000 Mission Partners (employees) in 115 locations, including 13 hospitals, two nursing colleges and a 1,200 provider network, throughout Illinois and Michigan. OSF Innovation, ranked among the top 10 innovation centers in the country, is a multidisciplinary program focused on the largest health care challenges in the industry.

Susan joined OSF in January of 2015 after serving as the SVP for Strategy and Development at Centegra Health System in the Chicago suburbs and prior to that as the Director of Marketing & Physician Services at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.  She has over 32 years of health care industry experience and holds an Executive MBA from the University of Illinois.
