Stavroula Xinos is a Director in Information Services at Northwestern Medicine. Stavroula’s portfolio includes Research and Development, Innovation, Research, Machine Learning, and Digital Capabilities. These teams work with cutting edge technology while understanding the needs of healthcare workers and patients/caregivers to drive solutions and capability delivery. As a Director, Stavroula combines her passion for improving processes and healthcare in an environment that is rapidly changing. 

Stavroula has been working with Northwestern Medicine Information Services for over 6 years. Prior to that, she worked at Epic with roles in people, application, and implementation management. Stavroula earned her bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Illinois: Urbana-Champaign.
