Staci Rogers, MD

Dr. Staci Rogers has served as the CoxHealth Clinical Transformation Officer for the past three years.  CoxHealth is a private not-for-profit healthcare system operating 6 hospitals and over 85 clinics.    Prior to her role as Clinical Transformation Officer, she served as the Medical Director for Women’s Health from 2014 – 2020, while maintaining her Obstetrics and Gynecology practice with the Cox Medical Group/Ferrell Duncan Clinic since August of 2008.

A graduate of the University of Kansas, she went on to complete her medical education at Saint Louis University School of Medicine, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2004, and completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program at Ohio State University College of Medicine in June of 2008.

Dr. Rogers has supported Springfield and its surrounding communities through her collaboration with Jordan Valley Community Health Center, supporting the care of obstetric patients.  Jordan Valley serves as Missouri’s largest Federally Qualified Health Center providing care for 75,000 underserved patients yearly. She is also active in medical education through the Special Operations Combat Medic Training Program and the University of Missouri School of Medicine.
