Mr. Lemon is a healthcare consulting professional with over 35 years of experience in strategy development, program management, system integration, clinical and revenue cycle process improvement, interim leadership, board education, and outsourcing. His career has focused on serving dozens of clients in the healthcare industry including health systems, medical groups, health insurance plans, and software companies.

Skip currently serves as Managing Director and national leader of the IT Advisory Services practice for Impact Advisors. This group consists of over 100 healthcare IT consulting professionals providing a wide range of services including IT Assessments, IT Strategy Development, Software Selection, ROI and TCO Planning, Program Management, Technology Infrastructure Optimization, Enterprise Security, Enterprise Imaging, New Facility IT Planning, Digital Health, Cloud Migration, Analytics/Decision Support, and AI strategy development.

Mr. Lemon’s healthcare clients have included a wide range of organizations ranging from small community hospitals to large multi-state healthcare systems that include a diverse network of hospital and clinics, small and large medical groups, and health insurance plans.
