Pam May has a degree in Microbiology, a Masters of Public Health in Epidemiology and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems. Pam worked as a clinical microbiologist for 10+ years before moving into clinical information systems and project management. Currently Pam is a Senior Manager at Mass General Brigham overseeing a team of analysts responsible for integration, API delivery and Health Information Exchange (including Public Health Reporting) that relies heavily on standardization such as HL7, IHE protocols and standard terminologies. Pam lives outside of Boston on the south shore with her husband.
