Dr. Jundt, a Board-Certified Family Physician, is the Chief Medical Information Officer of Avera.  Born and raised in northern South Dakota, he is a graduate of the University of South Dakota School of Medicine.  He completed his residency at Siouxland Medical Education Foundation, Sioux City, Iowa.

Dr. Jundt has been employed with Avera for seven years and is a leader in the
implementation of Meditech 6.1. In his spare time Dr. Jundt enjoys golfing.
