Dr. Jordan Dale is an Associate CMIO and Hospitalist at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. Dr. Dale has 10 years of experience in EHR implementation and optimization with a current focus on improvement of the physician experience within the EHR via the development of a dedicated at-the-elbow support team for physicians, process simplification in documentation and InBasket workflows and leading enterprise-wide projects for voice-to-text and single-sign on services. He focuses on challenging the clinical and IS teams to collaborate and think beyond the simple digitization of processes by ensuring our use of technology in healthcare is purpose driven – to benefit our patients and the teams that care for them.
