Jill Piazza, PT, DPT serves as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Population Health Services Organization of AdventHealth. She is a physical therapist by training, graduating with her Master’s Degree in 2000 and her Doctorate in 2008 from Simmons University, Boston, MA.

Originally from the New England area, she began her career with AdventHealth in 2002, working as a Director of Rehabilitative Services, Diabetes Education, Wellness/Cardiopulmonary Rehab, Orthopaedic and Women’s Service Lines.

Since 2012, Jill has worked in progressive roles focused on operationalizing population health and value-based care strategies for AdventHealth, and currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the AdventHealth Population Health Services Organization. In this role, she is responsible for business and administrative operations, member engagement, communications & marketing, data analytics, government programs, and provider performance and enablement.

Jill is involved in the community and is a past Board Member for the United Way of Volusia/Flagler Counties and One Voice for Volusia. She is also a past Executive Board member of the Fun Coast Worksite Wellness Council.

Jill and her husband Charlie, also a physical therapist, reside in Ormond Beach, FL and have two sons, ages 18 and 15. In her spare time, Jill enjoys reading, running, watching her boys on the soccer field, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her family.
