Heather Wall is the Chief Commercial Officer for Civica. Heather’s areas of accountability include Civica hospital relationships and contracts, the Drug Selection Advisory Committee and the Medical Trends Advisory Committee. Heather is responsible for the data analytics, review and contracting required to bring each hospital-prioritized Civica medication to market. Heather is also responsible for the strategic planning for the current and future vision for Civica. Heather was named to Modern Healthcare’s Women Leaders “10 to Watch” list for 2019.

Before joining Civica, Heather worked at Intermountain Healthcare as an Enterprise Initiative Partner with Intermountain Healthcare’s Enterprise Initiative Office (EIO), which is responsible for driving forward Intermountain’ s key strategic initiatives.  Previous, Heather was the Operations Officer for Intermountain Healthcare’s LDS Hospital, with accountability for hospital-wide operations, strategic growth and high-value healthcare delivery.

Before joining Intermountain in 2008, Heather was the President / Managing Partner of Tesaris Corporation, a healthcare consulting and technology company with clients on both the west and east coasts. In this position, Heather designed and optimized strategy and operational efficiency for hospitals, ranging in size from critical access facilities to academic medical centers.

Heather received her Masters of Business Administration from Arizona State University and her Bachelor of Science in management from Brigham Young University.  Heather and her husband, Ben, are the parents of three boys and reside in Riverton, Utah.
