Brenyale Norman-Holt, MBA is a Project Manager for Adventist Health in the Enterprise PMO. Her responsibilities include implementing innovation and digital transformation projects across the Enterprise.

Brenyale has 20 years’ experience in implementing healthcare projects by building bridges between the patient and technology. From working with teams to develop in-patient Care Boards, coordinating the build of 500 Workstations on Wheels, implementing Adobe Workfront a Work Management system, to delivering transportation services through an internet portal she is dedicated to using technology to improve the health system journey.

Brenyale holds a B.A. from San Francisco State University and an M.B.A. from St. Mary’s College of California. When not working at Adventist Health she is pursuing her Doctorate of Business with an emphasis in Analytics at Grand Canyon University. She is in her final year of writing her dissertation, A quantitative study of the relationship between innovation, digital transformation and return on investment in health systems. In her spare time Brenyale enjoys spending time with family.
