Ash Goel, MD, MS, MBA

Ash Goel, MD, MS, MBA is the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Bronson Healthcare. In this role, he oversees the technology and innovation strategy, driving the organization’s digital transformation and consumer-focused growth. He ensures the effective and secure use of technology platforms to enhance patient care journeys, supporting improved clinical and business outcomes.

Dr. Goel has over 25 years of experience in healthcare, including 15 years in executive leadership roles. He continues to practice medicine as an inpatient adult hospitalist and serves as a faculty member in the Department of Biomedical Informatics at the WMU Homer Stryker MD School of Medicine.

He earned his medical degree from the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi and the West Virginia University School of Medicine – Charleston Division. Additionally, he holds a Master of Science (MS) in Information Technologies from Northwestern University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Dr. Goel is passionate about driving innovation through industry partnerships, programs, and solutions that make healthcare more patient-centric and relevant to consumers. Outside of his professional life, he is an avid alpine climber, finding his “Zen” in the mountains.
