Leaders from across the industry gathered to discuss the journey so far in terms of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), leadership, and promotion. The honest and tough conversation illuminated the progress made and the work still left to do. A key takeaway from the event is that DE&I is a journey, not a destination.

This roundtable was a great reminder that DE&I initiatives should be woven into the fabric of an organization, not simply treated as a one-time project. The participants discussed the role of leadership in championing DE&I initiatives and how to create a company culture that supports promotion of diverse individuals.
