WEBINAR | Vaccination Credential Initiative: Open Source COVID Vax Standards

The COVID-19 pandemic has inspired the most ambitious immunization effort in history, and along with it an immediate need to produce trustworthy digital records of vaccination. The Vaccination Credential Initiative (VCI) aims to enable individuals to access a verifiable and portable copy of their vaccination records in digital and paper form. VCI brings together healthcare organizations, technology firms, nonprofits, academia, and startups working to empower consumers to conveniently access, store, and share digital COVID-19 vaccination records. VCI and its members are committed to openness and interoperability, transparency, neutrality, privacy, flexibility, and inclusivity. JP is the Technology Co-Chair for VCI and will discuss key topics related to the initiative, standards, implementation, and rollout.
