In 2021, Baptist Health (KY/IN) greatly expanded their ability to perform asynchronous eVisits for minor acute problems among other issues via a centralized hub of providers and new software to give a high quality and efficient patient experience. Here, Dr. Oliver and Nick chronicle the journey and share their data after one year.
