  • Data/Digital Literacy: Tasks around training workforces to “think digital”, leveraging such thinking to impact strategic workforce planning, elevating data evangelists and deciding who “owns” digital transformation
  • Future Leadership Strategies: How the role of technology is shaping the next workforce, building more strategic C-suites, developing key partnerships and addressing leadership gaps

As part of this in-person Summit, you’ll enjoy a site visit to BayCare Health, including tours of a smart hospital room of the future and their robotics-assisted warehouse that supports their supply chain.
