Over the past year, Providence has implemented a modern, flexible, collaborative workplace strategy, enabling over 20,000 employees to work virtually, from the location of their choice. What was initiated out of primary concern for employee well-being has accelerated an innovative workplace vision that is significantly improving employee engagement, leadership connection, productivity, and the utilization of space.
