We recently were honored to join forces with Christy Harris Lemak, PhD, FACHE, professor of health services administration at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, to study the strategic perspectives of system leaders in defining, implementing and accelerating digital transformation. No surprise—driving such digital efforts in health systems large and small requires multiple participants. Toward this end, we created a two-part series and resources for our Member CEOs and CIOs around the notion of a Digital Transformation Road Trip.
