Jared Conley, MD, PhD, MPH

Dr. Jared Conley is an emergency physician at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School. He also serves as the associate director of the MGH Healthcare Transformation Lab, whose mission is to enhance the quality and affordability of healthcare through technology and innovation. In addition, he is the physician technology advisor for MGH’s Home Hospital program, which provides MGH hospital-level care in the comfort of patients’ homes. His research explores the clinical management strategies that best align acute health needs to the optimal setting of care, including through the use of virtual care and remote patient monitoring technologies. He completed a joint MD/PhD program at Case Western School of Medicine, as well as received a MPH from The Dartmouth Institute. His clinical training was obtained at Harvard (MGH/BWH) and he completed a fellowship in healthcare delivery innovation at Stanford University.
