Marianne James has been involved in health care for over 20 years and feels privileged to have spent this time with Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.  Her career at Cincinnati Children’s has included positions in Finance, Physician’s Services, Practice Management and, for the last 9 years, Information Technology.  During her tenure as CIO, she has presided over a major institutional strategic planning effort and nearly twofold growth in the Information Technology department.

Marianne graduated from the University of Cincinnati with an accounting degree.

Marianne and her husband Don enjoy their blended family of seven children.  The kids offer diverse vacation opportunities, as they live on both coasts.
