Shane Rodabaugh is the Vice President of I.T. Infrastructure for Baptist Health. In this role, Shane serves as the Technology Architecture, Infrastructure, and Systems Engineering strategist. He serves in an executive role for system wide initiatives and collaborates with senior leadership of Baptist Health to develop a future-oriented technology roadmap in support of strategic plans of Baptist Health aimed at keeping the organization on the forefront of change and growth. He is responsible for the day to day and long term strategies relative to Data Center, Computing Platforms, Networks, Mobility, Unified Communications (voice and video), Devices, Utilities, Interfaces, Enterprise Architecture, Technology Standards, Lifecycle Management, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity, Web Development, Learning Management, Database and digital health technologies. He serves as a member of the IT Executive Leadership team and works in collaboration with the Vice President of IT Operations and the Vice President of Integrated EHR Solutions reporting directly to the CIO. Shane earned his MBA and Bachelors of Science in Information Systems from Indiana Wesleyan University
