As president, Mr. Young leads the division of Population Health and is responsible for accelerating the development of strategic priorities related to health care reform; population health management; Hackensack Meridian Health Partners, Hackensack Meridian Health’s clinically integrated network; Managed Care contracting; Hackensack Meridian Health’s three Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) Accountable Care Organizations (ACO); as well as overseeing Care Coordination, health insurance partnerships, and data analytics and data management.
