Louise Shah is the Executive Director, Digital Health Business Strategy for the eCare Division at Partners Healthcare, which includes Brigham Woman’s and Massachusetts General Hospitals, teaching hospitals for Harvard Medical School.  With over 25 years of experience in technology, product and program management, Louise Shah is a technical operations executive with an extensive background in strategic decision-making, process improvement, approaches for driving revenue growth, and managing through change in fast-paced, competitive environments.

With over half her career focused on the healthcare sector, Louise joined Partners Healthcare in 2015 as Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) for Partners eCare – Partners HealthCare’s enterprise-wide initiative to implement the Epic electronic health record.  Louise was responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Program Management Office (PMO) team, managing all Partners eCare PMO resources during Epic implementations, and establishing & leading the Partners eCare Deployment operations. In her new role as Executive Director for Digital Health Business Strategy, Louise is focused on maximizing the digital transformation journey at Partners Healthcare.

Prior to joining Partners Healthcare in 2015, Louise has served in a variety of leadership roles – she was the Senior Vice President of Product Management for HealthEdge; Director of the Program Management Office (PMO) for Perot System’s Harvard Pilgrim Health Care account; Director of Professional Services for deNovis, Inc.; Vice President of Delivery Management for TimeØ/Perot Systems Corporation; Director of Best Practices for i-Cube/RazorFish; co-founder of The Partnering Group Software, Inc., a category management software company sold to Oracle Corporation.

Louise also brings an extensive background in education, having served as a Board Trustee for the Knightsbridge School Education Foundation and as Vice Chair of the Board of Governors for the Marlborough Primary School – both in London, United Kingdom.  She currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Board of Overseers for the Brookline High School Innovation Fund.
