Dr. David N. Mohr, Vice President, leads informatics and care transformation across Sentara where he provides leadership for best practices and development of systems that support care processes and management of information and knowledge.

He was Professor of Medicine at Mayo where he led the development of a Level 7 EMR, chaired General Medicine, Data Governance, the Enterprise Data Trust, and was Medical Director for Information Management and Architecture.

He graduated Summa Cum Laude and Outstanding Engineer at Rice University, with honors at Baylor Medical, residency at Mayo Clinic and was a clinical fellow in medicine at Harvard Medical School and Beth Israel Hospital.
